Throw! Catch! Run! Tackle! Nothing like Thanksgiving time to bring out the football in a family, right?
Well, I don’t think it takes Thanksgiving to bring out the football in THIS family! These boys were ALL about football, and it was so much fun to photograph some beautiful family moments as they played football together in beautiful Wilmington, NC.

As a Wilmington, NC photographer, my goal is to capture the REAL joy, fun, and love a family shares. We usually start with a few posed family pictures, but really, I think the most beautiful moments are those spontaneous interactions that happen as a family plays together. This time, we chose football. And there was no better choice for these two energetic boys!
The beautiful, golden evening light was perfectly on our side, as well, which only adds to the magic of these moments! I so enjoyed my time with this family, especially since I have two boys of my own. It was fun to see what my own family might look like a couple years down the road when Crosby is old enough to run and play!
