My husband and I recently discovered this beautiful, quaint town of Beaufort, NC. It has been voted the “coolest” small town in the US… and I definitely agree that it’s one of the cutest towns I’ve ever visited! Needless to say, since it’s just around the corner from us, we had to take the grandparents there while they were in town. And, of course, I had to bring my camera and capture some great family memories in the process! It was like our very own family mini session!
When I do family sessions, I definitely take time to do some posed images, but I also love to include these fun, creative candids, as well, because they tell the story of the loving interaction that takes place among family members–and I believe it truly is that interaction that is the most special and treasured memory of all!
